Bear Feat Life Coaching is a coaching service provided by Simon Centofanti. It aims to offer a unique experience based on enhanced professional coaching methods. My focus is on Personal Coaching, Executive Coaching and workshop facilitation but there are many more areas in which Bear Feat Life Coaching can be of service.

Personal Coaching
Coaching provides an opportunity for the power of positive change to be put into your hands. Life sometimes confronts us with cross roads, difficult decisions and situations that can seem hopeless at the time. Bear feat life coaching is solution focused but it does not ignore the past. Resolving or coming to terms with the past are important elements towards self-progression.

Executive Coaching and Workshop Facilitation
Simon Centofanti is an experienced Life Coach within a corporate setting. He has experience both in one on one executive coaching and facilitating corporate workshops both in and outdoors.
Most prominent of which are:

Mindfulness for Beginners
A 6 part course (1 hour each day) where I sit with a team and go through key areas of mindfulness and demonstrate how they can use it in their daily lives.

Connect and Reconnect
A menu of different excursions (lasting approximately half a day) A team is taken outdoors to enjoy 1 from a menu of different activities ranging from: Surfing, SUPing, Yoga, Running or Walking. The excursion ends with either a BBQ or a Picnic where the team gets to connect over the experience with the aid of the facilitator. Promoting greater resilience, increased support systems amongst the group and helping structure a healthy team culture.

Meditation, or Mindfulness, is an ancient practice. It has a wide variety of health benefits, both mental and physical and is an integral part of Positive Psychology. This video explains how surfing can be a unique way of practicing mindfulness through 'Flow'. In short, surfing can be harnessed to provide excellent benefits within coaching.
